The new office building is situated at the southern end of the Rhine promenade in Düsseldor also known as the Media Harbour. The former harbour was transformed in a quarter with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels and office buildings thus making it one of the most desirable places in the city.

One of the main characteristics is the facade that have the possibilities to be completely opaque due to its exterior antiglare shutters when they are closed or to be fully transparent and displaying to the magnificent harbour panorama its showrooms, agencies and offices for the fashion industries.
