Located on the south side of Brussels, the house design features an open floor layout linked with a rear garden to provide a seamless visual and physical connection between interior and exterior space.

The design characteristic of this house is its double exterior facade, which consists of an outer metal rose patterned facade and transparent inner glazed walls. The glass walls help to visually create a large interior space between the two exterior skins. The outer ornament functions as a veil, partially concealing the building while providing visual privacy. Natural ventilation is facilitated via the double layer of exterior walls, and filtered sunlight reaches the residents. Sequenced openings are applied at each floor level, creating an additional outer ornament.

The unique exterior wall distinguishes itself from its neighbors, but also integrates well into the unified image of the urban context.
